Installation 

Refer to: 

Exhaust Manifold

 (303-01G Engine - 

2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (129kW/175PS) - DW, 
Removal and Installation).

NOTE: Use a new seal. 
NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at 
this stage. 

2. Torque: 10 Nm

CAUTION: Make sure that the 

component is not bent. 

Do not remove the clip at this stage. 

4. Torque: 26 Nm

CAUTION: Make sure that the 

component is not bent. 

Remove the clip.

NOTE: Make sure that a new component is 
installed. 

7. Clean the filter. 

Material: 

Brake Cleaner (3U7J-2C410-AA)

NOTE: Only tighten the bolt finger tight at
