1. Replacement parts 

NOTE: For a partial replacement the 
required replacement part needs to be 
cut out from the complete inner 
quarter panel with wheelhouse. 

Inner quarter panel with wheel housing 

1. General Notes 

Before starting the repair work, remove 
the quarter panel, C-pillar reinforcement 
and the rocker panel.

NOTE: When replacing the rear part only 
(partial replacement) the C-pillar 
reinforcement does not need to be removed. 

Outer wheelhouse 

Separating cut for rear partial 
replacement.

NOTE: The residual flange (15 mm) is 
needed for welding in the components with 
an overlap.

4. Outer wheelhouse (inside view) 

1. Mill out the spot welds. 
2. Grind out the spot welds.
