(7) Pull seat cushion and seat cover into position.

Install push pins (Fig. 62).

(8) Pull seat cover into position and zip seat back

cover (Fig. 63)

(9) Insert the zipper end inside of seat cover (Fig.

64).

(10) Engage seat back cover locking strip (Fig. 65).

(11) Install seat armrest and lumbar handle if

equipped (Fig. 66).

(12) Install seat armrest plug (Fig. 67).

(13) Connect wire connectors, if equipped (Fig. 68).
(14) Install front seat cushion shield and seat back

recliner handle/fold flat handle (Fig. 69).

(15) Install the inner seat cushion shield and inner

seat belt (Fig. 70). Tighten seat belt anchor bolt to 40
N·m (30 ft. lbs.) torque.

(16) Install seat in vehicle.

INSTALLATION - PT-27 ONLY

WARNING: BEFORE SERVICING THE SEAT BACK
THE AIRBAG SYSTEM MUST BE DISARMED. FAIL-
URE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL
DEPLOYMENT OF THE AIRBAG AND POSSIBLE
PERSONAL INJURY. REFER TO RESTRAINT SYS-
TEMS FOR SERVICE PROCEDURES.

CAUTION: Do not reuse the recliner assembly
attaching bolts.

(1) Place seat back into position.

(2) Install screws attaching recliner to seat back

cushion frame on both sides (Fig. 71).

(3) Connect any electrical connectors and wire ties

to under the seat cushion, if equipped (Fig. 72).

(4) Install the front seat cushion. Install two front

side screws and two rear screws (Fig. 73) and (Fig.
74).

(5) Place lumbar actuator back into position (Fig.

75).

(6) Install two attaching lumbar actuator screws

into the inner seat back frame (Fig. 76).

(7) Move seat cover into position.
(8) Install upper riser shield, if equipped.

(9) Pull seat cover tight and install the hog rings

(Fig. 77).
