3. Install electrical connector and lock.

4. Connect negative battery cable.

1. Press sensor into rubber air hose.

2. Rotate sensor into position as shown in illustration.

For proper system operation, sensor must be
positioned as shown in illustration.

3. Connect electrical connector to sensor.

1. Connect electrical connector (1) to sensor (2).

2. Press sensor into rubber air hose. Mate the

notches. Be careful not to bend or damage probe
(3).

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.

2. Unlock and remove the electrical connector.

3. Remove the 2 mounting bolts.

4. Remove the Short Runner Valve.
