VI、Installation 

Install the driven    shaft assembly according   
to the reverse order, clean the front wheel   
bearing oil seal and spread lubricant. 

First install the end of wheel cardan joint on the steering and then install the 

cardan joint on the end of    differential.   

Manual transaxles drain plug seal。 
Fill up the transaxles. 
Caution: 
Do not hurt oil seal and boot. 
Do not hammer the cardan joint boot to adjust, use the hands to insert the cardan 

joint  . 

Be sure the differential cardan joint has been inserted to the right position and the 

snap ring has been placed on the original position.

Special Instruction

I.   Carefully study Maintenance & Service Manual and Chery QQ Sedan Operation

Instruction before driving Chery sedan. Any improper handling and not completing
scheduled maintenance as specified may cause damage and invalidate your claim
right.

II. 

Chery International has made technical maintenance rules at different stages for its
products, including first free maintenance after 5,000 km driving. As the rules are
critical for safe handling and keeping optimum driving status, they must be
observed.

III.  Only Chery Authorized Service Stations (CASSs) can carry out the maintenance

service during guarantee period and accept the application for warranty.

IV.   After 5,000KM driving, you can take your QQ to the nearest CASS with this manual

for first free maintenance service.

V.    Do not install unauthorized parts on Chery Sedan or refit the sedan,

otherwise claim right will invalidate.

VI.   For various configuration and optional parts reasons, it is possible

that some items listed in Service & maintenance manual do not apply
to your car.
