2）blow out the dirt in 

the expansion valve with

3）if the dirt can not be 

removed, expansion valve 

should be replaced. 

（

4 ） evacuate air from 

system and charge 

appropriate amount of new 

refrigerant. 

If thermal sensitive pipe 

leaks air, the expansion 

valve should be replaced. 

6. Excessive charge of refrigerant or insufficient refrigerating of condensator
