Disassemble the mounting bolt of the front   

venting pipe and the venting manifold of engine 

 

 

 

 

Loosen the mounting bolt of the front venting pipe and the 
three-way catalytic converter, as well as loosen the socket of the 
front oxygen sensor and then take off the venting pipe 
 

 
 
 

 

Loosen the screw bolt for the stand of front/rear shock 

absorber 

Loosen the mounting bolt of the engine bracket 

Loosen the mounting bolts of the left/right 

Rocker arms and the sheep-horn 

 

 
 
 

 

Loosen the three mounting bolts and a fixity nut in the steering and take the steering down

Sequence of assembling: 

-Adjust the gear bar of mechanic steering and make the equal length of left and right reach (size 

a=28.5mm,b=28.5mm). Presentation as Figure 2-4,measure the distance from the flange of the case to the end 

surface of gear bar.

      - Adjust the steering gear. 

- Twist the fixing screw nut to the end of gear bar and maintain the above value adjusted; 

- Tighten up the screw nut of steering with the torque of 30Nm;   

- Put the horizontal linkage into the steering arm; 

-Put on dust cover on the two sides of steering 

- Tighten up the screw nut in the two sides of horizontal linkage with the torque of 32Nm;   

 

 

III. Disassemble and replace the steering wheel 

1.Disassemble the air bag unit. Move the steering wheel/wheels to the position of straight forward. Loosen
