Installation Notice 

O-shape seal installation 

(1)Make seal ring wet to install it easily. 

Caution： 

There must be no engine oil or lubricate grease 

on seal ring. 

 

O-shape seal ring 

 
 

Daub thermostat shell with sealant 

Specific sealant： 

Component of Mitsubishi brand 3M ATD 

or equivalent. 

Note： 

(1) 

Thermostat shell should be installed 

immediately when the sealant is still wet (in 15 

minutes). 

Sealant of diameter
3mm shall be piled out 

(2) Don't daub oil on the sealed part in about 1 

hour after installation. 

 

 

Daub engine coolant induction plug with sealant 

Specific sealant：

 

3M ATD or equivalent 

 
 
 

Daub engine coolant temperature sensor with 

sealant 

Specific sealant： 

3M 

ATD nut fastening or

Installation Notice 

Fuel Injector Installation

 

(1)  Before fuel injector installation, please daub 

a drop of clearly engine oil on O-shape seal 

ring surface, which make installation easy.   

(2)  Be careful enough not to destroy O-shape 

seal ring when inserting the top end of 

injector into fuel distribution tube.

Fuel Pressure Regulator Installation 

(1)  Daub a drop of clearly engine oil on 

O-shape seal ring surface. And be careful not 

to destroy the seal ring when inserting fuel 

pressure regulator into fuel distribution tube. 

Note： 

Do not let engine oil enter into the 

fuel distribution tube. 

（ 2 ） Check if fuel pressure regulator run 

smoothly. If not, O-shape seal ring may be 

locked.  Please remove fuel pressure 

regulator and check if the seal ring has been 

destroyed. And then insert pressure 

regulator into fuel distribution tube and 

check it again. 

Extrusion 

Throttle Body Gasket Installation 

(1)Install throttle body gasket as shown and 

make extrusion at the position shown.
