Audio System

Fade adjusting

1.Press A-M(2) to select “FAD”

2.Turn key (11) to adjust front/rear volume

distribution. Clockwise for front

loudhailer, anti-clockwise for rear

volume.

*The value of leaving the factory is

“0”

Range of adjustment is: F12 to R12

3.Press A-M (2) for times till back to this

function mode after adjusting.

Sonority function

Sonority function can automatically

enhance bass/treble to make tone natural.

Operation for Radio

Radio reception

1.Press BAND (4) select radio mode.

2.Press BAND (4) to select waveband,

press BAND every one time, wavebands

will be switched according to below

sequence:

FM1ŽFM2"FM3"AM"FM1

3.Tune by pressing 7 7 or 8 9 to

select stations you desired.

Tune Mode

The radio has three tune mode: Scan

search tune, manual tune and presetting

tune.

Scan searching tune

1.Press BAND (4) to select the wavebands

you desired (FM or AM).

*If the “MANU” (manual) shown on

the display, please press BAND (4)

for more than one second, the

“MANU” will disappear, and you

can start scan search tune.

automatic searching.

Press 8 (9) scan search

stations on high frequency;

Press

7 (7) scan search

stations on low frequency.

Manual tune

The radio has two manual tune modes:

Quick tune and frequency tune.

When you select frequency tune mode, the

frequency changes once for a time; when

you select quick tune mode, the radio can

be quick tuned to the frequency you

desired.

1.Press BAND (4) to select waveband you

desired (FM or AM).

*If the “MANU (manual)” shown on

the display, please press BAND (4)

for more than one second, the

“MANU” will disappear, and you

can start manual tune.

2.Tune for a certain station

Quick tune

Press 7

or 8

for more

than 1 second to select station.

Frequency tune

Press 7

or 8

to select

station manually.

Call presetting station

You can pre-set 24 stations in the memory

(6 each for FM1, FM2, FM3 and AM

wavebands). The presetting keys will

choose the memorized stations’ frequency

automatically.

1.Press BAND (4) select waveband you

desired.

2.Press corresponding presetting button

(10) to select memorized station.

*Press a certain presetting button (10)

more than 2 seconds, the station will

be memorized in memory.

Manual memorize

1.Select station you desired by scan search

tune, manual tune or presetting tune.

2.Press a certain presetting button (10)

more than 2 seconds, the current station

will be memorized in the memory.

Automatic memorize

Automatic memorize function can

automatically select and memorize 6

stations in sequence.If not,the original one

in the memory will not be covered up.

1.Press BAND (4) to select the station you

desired.

2.Press AS (2) more than 2 seconds, the

stations with the best reception signal will

be automatically memorized in presetting

button.

Presetting scan

Presetting scan can scan all stations

memorized in memory in sequence. This

function will be very useful when you

search the station you desired in memory.

Press PS (1) more than 2 seconds, select

the station you desired, press PS (1) again

to continue receiving this station.

Operation for Tape player

Insert tape

Insert tape. The display show “LOAD”

and start to play.

If the metal strap and chrome strap(70us)

are inserted, the tape player will choose

metal strap mode automatically.

Play inserted tape

Press TAPE (6) to select tape player mode,

the tape player start to work automatically.

If there is no tape in it, “CASS (cassette)”

will show and flash on the display.

Pause

1.Press PAUSE (8) to pause tape play, the

display show “PAUS(pause)”.

2.Press PAUSE (8) again to restart tape

play.

Eject tape

Press TAPE EJECT (12) to eject the tape.

Attention:

Press TAPE EJECT (12), after “CASS”

flashing for a second, the tape player will

switch to radio mode automatically.

The antenna will extend automatically if

the audio source is connected with

automatic antenna. Please press CD CHG

(5) or TAPE (6) to switch the play mode if

the antenna touches other object in some

condition.

Tape reversing

Press PROG (6) to change program and

play.

Tape player change program

automatically(auto-reverse function), and

start to play from the tape end.

Fast forward/rewind

Fast forward (FF):

Press 8 (9)

Fast rewind (REW):

Press

7 (7)

Cancel FF/REW

Press PAUSE (8)

When reach tape end during fast

forward/fast rewind, the tape will

auto-reverse and start to play

automatically.

The fast forward/fast rewind will be

continued even if you choose another play

mode.

When reach tape end, the tape player will

stop fast forward/fast rewind

automatically.

This function is called “monitor mode”.
