Firstly cutting the power is a must before disassemble electric components & wiring harness 

The ignition switch must be in a close state. 

(III).

Disassembly steps

 

1.  Disassemble  the  positive  electrode  of  the  electric  box 

with the socket wrench 10# 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Please take out the plug-in units of the electric box 1, 2 & 3 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Please take out the earthed plug-in unit indoor 

Notice: This  earth is located below the left A pillar and left 

side of the pedal

4.Please take out  ２plug-in units with the inside door 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Take  out  the  plug-in  unit  connecting  with  the  instrument 

wiring harness 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  with  the  temperature 

switch of the air conditioner   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Please take out the fan fuse & fan relay box 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Please take out the sensor plug-in unit of the coolant level

9. Please take out the plug-in unit washing pump 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

10. Take out the plug-in unit of the windshield wiper 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

11.  Please  take  out  plug-in  units  of  the  low  &  high  speed 

fans 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

12. Please take  out  plugs of the  motor with the wrench 13# 

& 8# 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

13.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  of  the  outside  cycling 

electromagnetic valve
