4.3.  Loosen  fixing  bolts  of  the  right  under  corner  of  the 

headlamp with the wrench 10# 

Moment：3.5±0.5N·m 

 

 

 

 

 

4.4. Take out the plug of the headlamp by hands 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.5. Take out the plug of the direction lamp by hands 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.6. Please take out 2 dust-proof covers of the rear holder 

of the headlamp by hands 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.7. Take out the plug of the lamp bulb by hands 

Attention: 2-side lamps use the same way. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.8.  Take  out  the  fixing  clamps  of  the  lamp  bracket  by 

hands 

Attention: 2-side lamps use the same way 

 

 

 

 

 

4.9. Take the lamp rear holder and take out the front fog   

lamp   

Attention:  Do  not  touch  the  bulb  with  hands  when 

changing  the  lamp  or  the  fingerprints  on  the  bulb  will 

volatile after the lamp is  power-on & heated and  deposit 

on the mirror surface and then darken the reflector 

 

 

 

 

4.10.  Please  adjust  the  angle  of  the  headlamp  with  the 

Phillips screwdriver. 

Attention: 2-side lamps use the same way 

 

 

 

Attention

：

Assemble  according  to  the  inverted 

sequence of the disassembly 

 

5. Disassembly of the front fog lamp 

5.1. Please lift the car with the lifter 

5.2.  Unscrew3  fixing  bolts  of  the  fog  lamp  with  the 

wrench 10# 

Moment：3.5±0.5N·m 

 

 

 

 

 

5.3. Please take out the socket of the fog lamp by hands 

 

 

 

 

5.4.  Please  take  out  the  dust-proof  cover  of  the  fog  lamp 

by hands 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.5. Please take out the lamp socket by hands 

 

- 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.6.  Please  take  out  the  fixing  clamp  of  the  lamp  socket 

by hands 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.7. Take out the rear holder of the lamp bulb by hands 

Attention:

  Do  not  touch  the  bulb  with  hands  when 

changing  the  lamp  or  the  fingerprints  on  the  bulb  will 

volatile  after  the  lamp  is  power-on  &  heated  and  deposit 

on the mirror surface and then darken the reflector 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.8. Please adjust the fog lamp angle with the wrench 8# 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.9.Attention：

Assemble  according  to  the  inverted 

sequence of the disassembly 

 

 

6. Disassembly of the rear fog lamp 

6.1.  Please  lift  the  car  with  the  lifter  and  take  out  the 

bumper 

 

6.2. Unscrew 3 bolts of the rear fog lamp with the wrench 

10# 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.3. Please take out the plug of the fog lamp by hands 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.4.

 Take out the fog lamp bulb 

 

 

 

6.5.

Attention：Assemble  according  to the inverted 

sequence  of  the  disassembly. 

Do  not  touch  the  bulb 

with hands  when changing the bulb or the fingerprints  on 

the lamp will volatile after the lamp is power-on & heated 

and  deposit  on  the  mirror  surface  and  then  darken  the
