Chery A15. Manual - part 265

Turn off the ignition switch and unfix the
spray nozzle fittings.
Measure if the resistance of each spray
nozzle is 17 Ω with an ohmmeter (Figure
18-27)

To Step 6

To Step 7

Connect an ohmmeter to each cylinder
spray nozzle fitting, ground and measure
with an ohmmeter if the resistance
between each spray nozzle and the ground
circuit is higher than 10000 Ω.

To Step 8

To Step 7

Replace the spray nozzle
Confirm the repair

Replace the engine control module and
confirm the repair.

broken.

To Step 9

To Step 3

Unfix the fuel pump relay and measure if
the voltage between the fuel pump relay
circuit 30 and the ground circuit is higher
than 10V.

To Step 4

To Step 10

Unfix the ECM fittings and measure if the
resistance between Terminal 9 and fuel
pump relay 86 is within the range of 0-2
Ω

To Step 5

To Step 11

Measure if the resistance between ECM
Terminal 9 and the ground circuit is
infinite.

To Step 6

To Step 8

Measure if the resistance of fuel pump
relay coil is within the range of 80-120 Ω

To Step 7

To Step 12

If the faults occur intermittently, fix all
fittings and eliminate the troubleshooting
codes.
Fix the diagnostic instrument and carry
out a road test at a speed of over 5km and
check if the troubleshooting code is
displayed.

To Step 8

Fault is
eliminated

Replace the engine control module and
confirm if the repair is completed.
