Loosen mounting bolts and remove the mounting 

carrier. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take out two dowel pins on throttle cam, throttle 

cam, and return spring. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Loosen two mounting bolts and remove pawl 

spring.  

Tool: 27#

 

socket spanner   

 

Remove one small mounting bolt from the case.

Removing parking plunger, brake plate, 

spring, and lock cam. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take out the brake rotor dowel pin. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With appropriate drift, remove elastic pin and 

then remove shift shaft.

  Remove shift cam and adjusting gasket. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove dowel pin using appropriate drift. 

Take out pawl and retracting spring. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Removing bolts and sealing ring. 

Remove bearing outer race with special tool 

Puller 21/7 和 Puller 22/2.   

Locking tool: 45# socket spanner

Remove driven shaft bearing and outer race with 

same method. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove differential and shift shaft sealing ring. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Loosen back light switch.   

Tool: 27# socket
