3. Release the hooks (A).

4. Pull back the head restraint cover (A), then remove the head restraint cover from the pad (B).

5. Install the head restraint cover in the reverse order of removal.  

FRONT SEAT VENTILATION BLOWER MOTOR/DUCT REPLACEMENT

1. Remove the front seat (see FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).  

2. Remove the seat-back (see SEAT-BACK/SEAT CUSHION ).  

3. Remove the seat-back cover and pad (see FRONT SEAT-BACK COVER REPLACEMENT ).  

4. Disconnect the connector (A), then remove the blower motor/duct (B) from the seat-back frame.

5. Remove the clips, then separate the duct (A, B) and blower motor (C).

6. Install the blower motor/duct in the reverse order of removal. 

SEAT CUSHION REAR BLOWER MOTOR/DUCT

NOTE:



Take care not to tear the seams or damage the seat covers. 



Put on gloves to protect your hands.  

NOTE:

Check if the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, and if necessary, 
replace them with new ones.

2. Remove the front seat cushion cover (see FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER REPLACEMENT ). 

3. Disconnect the blower motor connector (A), then remove the connector from the bracket.

4. Remove the screws, and release the hooks (A) from cushion frame wire, then remove the blower 

motor/duct (B).

5. Remove the clips, then separate the duct (A) and blower motor (B). 

NOTE:



6. Install the blower motor/duct in the reverse order of removal. 

SEAT CUSHION FRONT BLOWER MOTOR 

1. Remove the front seat (see FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).  

2. Remove the front seat cushion cover (see FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER REPLACEMENT ). 

3. Disconnect the blower motor connector (A) and remove the screws, then remove the blower motor (B) 

from the duct. 

NOTE:

Check if the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, and if necessary, 
replace them with new ones.
