Inner trim 

Disassembly/assembly  of  column  A  trim 
panel 

1. 

Turn over the sealing strip.   

2. 

Use  the  removal  tool  of  fastening  screw  to 
loosen the snap A; 

3. 

Pull  upward  the  trim  panel  of  column  A,  and 
then loosen the hooks B and 

C. 

 

 

4. 

Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 
removal 

 

Removal of lower trim panel of column B 

1. 

Remove the front doorsill pedals; 

2. 

Remove the rear doorsill pedals; 

3. 

Remove the sealing strip; 

4. 

Remove the  hook B  from  the  upper trim  panel 
of column A; 

5. 

Draw the position of mark A; 

6. 

Pull upward the trim panel. 

 

7. 

Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 
removal. 

 

 

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  upper  trim  panel 
of column B 

1. 

Remove  the  fixer  on  the  front  safety  belt  (See 
——Seat  Safety  Belt,  Disassembly/  Assembly 
of Front Safety belt) 

2. 

Remove  the  lower  trim  panel  of  column  B 
(See——Disassembly/Assembly  of  lower  trim 
panel of column B); 

3. 

Use  the  removal  tool  of  fastening  screw  to 
loosen the snap A; 

4. 

Pull upward the trim panel and loosen the hook 
B to remove the trim panel. 

 

5. 

Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 
removal.   

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  front  side  trim 
panel 

1. 

Remove the inner pedal of front doorsill; 

2. 

Turn over the sealing strip; 

3. 

Loosen the snaps A and B  from the bodywork, 
pull the front side trim panel

Disassembly/assembly  of  inner  pedal  of 
front doorsill 

1. 

Loosen the snap A from the bodywork 

2. 

Pull upward to remove the pedal.   

 

3. 

Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 
removal.   

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  outer  pedal  of 
front doorsill   

1. 

Pull the outer pedal of front doorsill and take it 
out from the bodywork;

 

 

2. 

Stick  new  tape  on  the  appropriate  position  of 
pedal and install it on the bodywork; 

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  inner  pedal  of 
rear doorsill 

1. 

Loosen the snaps A and B from the bodywork; 

2. 

Pull upward to remove the pedal; 

 

3. 

Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 
removal. 

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  outer  pedal  of 
rear doorsill 

1. 

Pull  the  outer  pedal  of  rear  doorsill  from  one 
end to remove it from the bodywork. 

 

2. 

Stick  new  tape  on  the  appropriate  position  of 
pedal and install it on the bodywork.

 

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  trim  panel  of 
column C 

1.  Remove  the  side  trim  panel  of  trunk 

(See——Disassembly/Assembly  of  Trim  Panel 
of Trunk); 

2.  Remove  the  safety  belt  fixer  on  the  rear  row 

(See——Disassembly/Assembly of Safety Belt) 

3.  Turn over the sealing strip. 

4.  Use  the  removal  tool  of  fastening  screw  to 

loosen the snaps A and B; and then C, D and E;

5.  Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 

removal.   

 

Disassembly/assembly of side trim panel of 
trunk 

1. 

Remove  first  the  pedal  of  rear  door 
(See——Disassembly/Assembly  of  Pedal  of 
Rear Doors) 

2. 

Remove  the  pedal  of  back  door  (See—— 
Disassembly/Assembly of Back Door Pedal) 

3. 

Take out the trunk carpet and base plate;

 

 

4.  Use  the  removal  tool  of  fastening  screw 

to remove the screw B; 

5.  Loosen the snap C; 

6.  Use  the  removal  tool  of  fastening  screw 

to loosen the snap A, to remove the trunk 
trim panel; 

7.  Install  in  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 

removal. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  trim  panel  of 
back door   

1.    Use  the  removal  tool  of  fastening  screw  to 

remove the snap C; 

2.    Remove  then  the  snap  B  (Now,  you  need  to 

hold  the  trim  panel  to  prevent  damage  due  to 
bending downward) 

 

 

3.    Use  the  removal  tool  of  fastening  screw  to 

remove  the  snap  A,  and  then  remove  the  trim 
panel of back door. 

 

Installation   

Use  the  lock  pin  on  the  trim  panel  for  positioning; 
install the snaps A and B in place, and then the snap 
C. 

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  trim  panel  of 
column D 

1.    Remove  the  side  trim  panel  of  trunk 

(See——Removal/Installation  of  Trunk  Trim 
Panel). 

2.    Turn over the sealing strip. 

3.    Remove  the  snaps  Ａ ,  Ｂ ,  Ｃ   and  Ｄ   to 

remove the trim panel on the column D. 

 

Install in the reverse order with that of removal.

Disassembly/assembly of rear trim cover of 
trunk 

1.    Take out the trunk carpet and base plate. 

2.    Dismantle  the  snaps  A  and  C  to  remove  the 

trim panel

l  Disconnect the negative cable of battery; 

l  Dismantle connecting gibs and sealing strips; 

l  Remove  the  trim  panel  of  column  A

16.  Remove  the  fastening  snap,  and  then  the  front 

carpet. 

 

17.  Take  out  the  front  carpet  from  the  back  door 

(prevent scratch on the dashboard). 

18.  Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 

removal 

 

 

Disassembly/assembly  of  trim  panels  of 
front doors 

 

1. 

Disconnect the negative cable of battery; 

2. 

Remove the screw cap A; 

3. 

Remove the self-tapping screw B; 

4. 

Remove the trim cap C. 

 

5. 

Remove the screw cap D;

Remove the snap F.

Remove the screws G (two pcs). 

 

10.  Remove the switch panel J; 

11.  Disconnect  the  connection  between  the  PW 

main  switch  and  auxiliary  switch  plug  (only 
driver-side) 

 

12.  To  loosen  8  snaps  M,  you  need  to  insert  your 

hand  into  the  slot  of  switch  panel  and  pull 
outward  the  panel  so  as  to  disengage  the 
locking pin from the hole of sheet metal; 

13.  To 

dismount 

the 

door 

lamp, 

rotate 

counterclockwise  the  bulb  holder  so  as  to 
disengage it from the hole of door panel. 

 

14.  Pull  upward  the  trim  panel  of  front  door  so  as 

to disengage the upper edge curls of door panel 
from the sheet metal.

15.  Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 

removal. 

 

Disassembly/assembly of trim panel of rear 
door 

 

1. 

Disconnect the negative cable of battery; 

2. 

Remove the screw cap A; 

3. 

Remove the screw B; 

4. 

Remove the trim cover C. 

 

5. 

Remove the trim cover of armrest D; 

6. 

Remove the screws E (two pcs). 

 

7.  Remove the pad F. 

8.  Remove the screw G; 

9. 

Remove the switch panel H; 

10.  Disconnect the connection of PW switch plug. 

 

 

11.  To loosen 10  snaps  M,  you  need to  insert  your 

hand  into  the  slot  of  switch  panel  and  pull 
outward  the  door  panel  so  as  to  disengage  the 
locking pin from the hole of sheet metal. 

12.  To 

dismount 

the 

door 

lamp, 

rotate 

counterclockwise  the  bulb  holder  so  as  to 
disengage it from the hole of door panel.

13.  Draw upward the trim panel of rear door, so as 

to disengage the upper edge curls of door panel 
from the sheet metal; 

 

14.  Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of

l  Prior  to  connecting  the  buckle  switch  plug  of 

safety  belt  (lateral  harness  plug),  confirm  that

Removal of front drainage hose   

1. 

Remove  the  roof  (See——Disassembly/ 
Assembly of Roof); 

2.    Remove  the  front  drainage  hose  from  the 

dormer frame; 

3.    Remove  the  front  drainage  hose  from  the 

clamp; 

4.    Draw the front drainage hose into the cabin. 

5.    Remove the front drainage hose. 

 

 

Mounting of front drainage hose   

Caution:   

If  some  of  part  of  front  drainage  hose  is 
clamped  or  bent,  water  in  the  hose  may  be 
unable  to  drain  out,  and  result  in  water  entry 
into the cabin. During and after the installation 
of  the  trim  panel  and  roof,  be  sure  that  the 
whole  front drainage hose is through. Solve the 
problem if any. 

1.    Insert  one  end  of  the  front  drainage  hose  in 

the dormer frame; 

2.    Install  the  front  drainage  hose  into  the  clamp 

along the column; 

3.    Insert  the  front  drainage  hose  plug  into  the 

hole cap as shown in Fig. 

4.

the 

roof

Removal of rear drainage hose   

1. 

Remove  the  roof  (See——Disassembly/ 
assembly of roof); 

2. 

Remove  the  trunk  trim  panel  (See—— 
Disassembly/Assembly of Trunk Trim Panel); 

3.    Remove  the  rear  drainage  hose  from  the 

dormer frame; 

4.    Remove  the  rear  drainage  hose  from  the 

clamp; 

5.    Draw the rear drainage hose into the cabin. 

6. 

Remove the rear drainage hose. 

 

 

Mounting of rear drainage hose   

Caution:   

If some of part of rear drainage hose is clamped 
or  bent,  water  in  the  hose  may  be  unable  to 
drain  out,  and  result  in  water  entry  into  the 
cabin.  During  and  after  the  installation  of  the 
trim panel and roof, be sure that the whole rear 
drainage  hose  is  through.  Solve  the  problem  if 
any. 

1. 

Insert one end of the rear drainage hose in the 
dormer frame.   

2.    Install  the  rear  drainage  hose  into  the  clamp 

along  the  column  the  hose  clamps  shall  be 
tense; 

3.    Insert  the  rear  drainage  hose  plug  into  the 

pipe clamp; 

4. 

Install  the  trunk  trim  panel  (See—— 
Disassembly/Assembly of Trunk Trim Panel) 

5. 

Install  the  roof  (See——  Disassembly  /

Disassembly/assembly of dormer unit   

1.    Disconnect the negative cable of battery; 

2. 

Remove 

the 

reading 

lamp 

(See——

3.    Remove  the  roof  (See——Disassembly/ 

Assembly of Roof); 

4.    Disconnect  the  connection  between  dormer 

connector and the reading lamp; 

5.    Remove  the  front/rear  drainage  hoses  from 

the dormer; 

6.    Remove  the  bolts  and  nuts  and  then  the 

dormer. 

 

7.    Install  in  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 

removal. 

 

Removal of dormer motor 

1.    Disconnect the negative cable of battery; 

2. 

Remove  the  roof  (See——Disassembly/ 
Assembly of Roof); 

3.    Disconnect the connection of plug; 

4.    Remove the screws and then the dormer. 

 

Mounting of dormer motor   

1.    Connect the plug of dormer motor; 

2.    Connect the plug of dormer; 

3.    Connect the negative of battery cable; 

4.    Toggle the ignition switch to the ON position 

5.    Press  down  the  dormer  switch  Off  until  the 

dormer motor shuts down; 

6.    Disconnect the connection of dormer plug; 

7.    Install the screws and then the dormer motor; 

8. 

Install 

the 

roof

Check of dormer motor   

1. 

Remove the dormer motor (See—— Removal 
of Dormer Motor) 

2.    Connect the positive cable  of battery with the 

pin  of  dormer  motor  and  check  the  motor 
performance. 

 

B+: Positive voltage of battery 

     

     

 

 

3. 

If incorrect, replace the dormer motor 

 

Disassembly/assembly of dormer switch   

Note:  the  switch  of  dormer  is  integrated  with 
the reading lamp. 

1. 

Disconnect the negative cable of battery.   

2. 

Remove  the  reading  lamp  (See——Electric 
Part:  Disassembly/Assembly  of  Reading 
Lamp). 

3. 

Install  as  per  the  reverse  order  with  that  of 
removal.
