OIL PUMP/ACTUATOR CABLE ADJUSTMENT

●

Verify that the actuator pulley adjustment is
properly made.

Verify that the oil pump cable

adjusted relative to the throttle cable (adjusted
at the 1/2 opening).

●

Verify that the throttle cable is not tensioned.

●

Turn the actuator cable adjuster

cable and stop it at the position where the oil
pump cable pulley

At this position, set the actuator cable adjuster
and tighten the lock nut.

CAUTION:
This adjustment must be made when the splitting
box is positioned in the actual location.

Tightening torque: 18 – 28 Nm (1,8 – 2,8 kgm)

Remove the cylinder heads.

Remove the cylinders.

Disassemble the Right cylinder in the same way as
the Left.

CAUTION:
Do not confuse the disassembled parts from the
Left and Right cylinders.

Poner un trapo limpio debajo del pistón para
evitar que pueda caer algo en el interior del
carter y desmontar el anillo elástico.

●

Desmontar el pistón, el pasador y las arandelas
de apoyo lateral. 

Extractor del pasador del pistón: 8600388 

NOTA:
Poner en la cabeza del pistón el número del cilin-
dro correspondiente.

Sacar la tuerca

bloqueando el rotor con la herramienta espe-
cial. 

Retén para rotor: 8600395

Desmontar el rotor con la herramienta espe-
cial. 

Extractor para rotor: 8600396 

●

Place a cloth beneath the piston so as not to
drop the parts in the crankcase, and remove
the circlip.

●

Remove the piston, piston pin bearing and 
thrust washers.

Piston pin pulley: 8600388

NOTE:
Inscribe the corresponding cylinder No. on the pi-
ston crown.

Remove the magneto rotor nut

Sacar el anillo elástico del eje secundario con
una pinza para anillos.

Desmontar la bomba del aceite. 

●

Desmontar el interruptor del punto muerto, el
anillo OR, el contacto del interruptor y el muel-
le.

Remove the circlip from the drive shaft with
snap ring pliers.

Remove the oil pump.

●

Remove the neutral switch, O-ring, switch con-
tact and spring.

●

Desmontar los muelles del embrague, el plato
de empuje y el plato de control del embrague.

Retén para biella: 8600387 

●

Enderezar la arandela de seguridad de la tuer-
ca del embrague con un buril. 

●

Bloquear sólidamente el cubo de embrague
con la herramienta especifica y aflojar la tuerca
con una llave de tubo. 

Tope para el cubo de embrague: 8600391

●

Desmontar el cubo de embrague, la arandela
de apoyo lateral y el engranaje primario con-
ducto.

●

Sacar el cubo de embrague y desmontar las
piezas siguientes: 

1 Anillo

2 Disco conducto n. 2

3 Disco elástico

4 Alojamiento disco elástico 

●

Remove the clutch springs and pressure plate
with clutch release rack.

Conrod holder: 8600387

●

Flatten the clutch sleeve hub nut lock washer
with a chisel.

●

Hold the clutch sleeve hub securely with a clut-
ch sleeve hub holder and loosen the hub nut
with a socket wrench.

Clutch sleeve hub holder: 8600391

●

Remove the clutch sleeve hub, thrust washer
and primary driven gear.

●

Remove the clutch sleeve hub assembly and
disassemble the following parts:

1 Ring

2 Driven plate No. 2

3 Wave washer

4 Wave washer seat

Remove the kick spring stopper nut

Remove the spring hook.

Remove the spring guide

Remove the spring.

●

Remove the kick gear.

●

Remove the kick shaft.

●

Remove the gearshift shaft.

●

Remove the circlip with the special pliers and
detach the flat washer or wave washer, whi-
chever is fitted. Then, draw out the kick starter
idle gear and washer.

Remove the transmission oil pipe.

●

Loosen the nuts of the transmission gearcase.

Sacar el muelle.

Sacar el engranaje del kick starter. 

●

Sacar el eje del kick starter.

Sacar el eje del cambio.

Sacar el anillo elástico con la pinza especial y
sacar la arandela plana o la arandela elástica,
según el tipo de arandela montada. Extraer
después el piñón de retroceso del kick del star-
ter y la arandela. 

●

Desmontar la placa del cambio

Sacar el conducto del aceite del cambio.

Desatornillar las tuercas del carter del cambio.
