On the basis of study of structure and abnormal clinical and psychology features of forming of autodestructive behaviorat old-age patient with organic depressive disorder, early diagnostics and tactic of psychotherapy and medicinal correction of these disorders is improved. New approach is offered in combination of the developed integrative complex of psychotherapy and medicinal providing (by antidepressants of group SSRI) adapted for the category of patients with organic depressive disorder. Efficiency of medical complex is confirmed by clinical-catamnestic methodic.

Recommendations in relation to therapeutic correction and prophylactics of autoagression at the depression disorders on a background cerebral atherosclerosis in the conditions of psychiatric permanent establishment and psychiatric ambulatory are grounded.
