7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

8. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Regular Cab) 

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Double Cab, CrewMax) 

11. INSTALL COMBINATION SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the combination switch assembly with spiral cable to the

steering column assembly with the clamp.

(b) Connect the 5 connectors to the combination switch with spiral

cable.

12. INSTALL UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER

(a) Attach the claw to install the upper steering column cover.

(b) Attach the 4 clips.

13. INSTALL LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the column cover.

(b) Install the 2 screws.

Torque:

2.0 N·m {20 kgf·cm, 18in·lbf}

14. INSTALL TILT AND TELESCOPIC MANUAL SWITCH

(a) Attach the claw to install the tilt and telescopic switch.

(b) Connect the connector.

15. ADJUST SPIRAL CABLE 

16. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY

(a) Align the matchmarks on the steering wheel and steering main

shaft.

Torque:
