36. INSTALL TRANSFER OIL PUMP PLATE

a. Apply transfer oil to a new O-ring, drive rotor and driven rotor.

b. Install the O-ring, drive rotor and driven rotor to the oil pump plate.

c. Install the oil pump plate with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 11 N*m (117 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSFER ASSEMBLY

a. Install the transfer with the 8 bolts.

Torque: 40 N*m (408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf)

2. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH TRANSFER ASSEMBLY (for A750F)

a. Install the automatic transmission with transfer assembly (see INSTALLATION ).

3. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH TRANSFER ASSEMBLY (for AB60F)

a. Install the automatic transmission with transfer assembly (see INSTALLATION ).

4. ADD TRANSFER OIL (see REPLACEMENT )

5. CHECK TRANSFER OIL (see REPLACEMENT )

6. CHECK FOR TRANSFER OIL LEAK

TOUCH SELECT 2-4 AND HIGH-LOW SYSTEM

PARTS LOCATION

NOTE:

Take care not to damage the rear adaptor oil seal with the transfer
input gear spline.
