35. Remove the shift fork, the 5th/reverse synchronizer sleeve and blocking ring assembly and 

the 5th countershaft gear and bearing.

36. Remove the 5th countershaft gear thrust washer.  

37. Remove the thrust washer lock pin.

38. Remove the bolts for the rear bearing retainer.  

39. Remove the rear bearing retainer.
