(I).Preparation 

Tools: Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver

Attentions 

 

Firstly  cutting  the  power  is  a  must  before  disassemble 

electric components & wiring harness. 

The ignition switch must be in a close state. 

 

  (III).

Disassembly steps

 

1.  Please  disassemble  the  inside  shield  of  the  door 

firstly  (Notice:  See  the  disassembly  &  assembly  of 

the left front door) 

2.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  with  the  wiring 

harness of the inside floor 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  with  the  glass 

lifting motor 

(Notice: Selecting device) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Take out the plug-in unit with the speaker

5. Please take out the plug-in unit with the exterior 

rear view mirror 

(Notice: Selecting device) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.  Please  take  out  the  plug-in  unit  with  the  remote 

controlled door stop

7. Please take out the plug-in unit with the door stop 

(Notice: Selecting device) 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8.  Disassemble  the  wire  clip  &  protective  cover  and 

the  wiring  harness  of the left front door can be taken 

out
