instruments  and  take  out  the  combined  instruments

6.2. Assembly steps 

Assemble  according  to  the  inverted  sequence  of  the 

disassembly

II. Disassembly & assembly of the main parts of the instrument panel 

1. Preparation 

Tools: Socket wrench, open-end wrench, Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver 

2. Attention 

2.1  Please  put  on  necessary  appliances  for  labor  protection  in  order  to  avoid  the 

accident 

2.2 Cut the negative electrode of the accumulator before the disassembly of the electric 

apparatus   

3. Disassembly & assembly of the main parts of the instrument panel 

3.1. Disassembly steps 

3.1.1. Disassemble the buttons of the headlamp switch 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.1.2. Take out the plug of the headlamp switch 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.1.3. Unscrew fixing bolts of the left holder of the instrument 

panel with the Phillips screwdriver 

 

 

 

 

 

3.1.4.  Unscrew  fixing  bolts  of  the  right  holder  of  the 

instrument panel with the Phillips screwdriver 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.1.5.  Unscrew  fixing  bolts  at  the  left  down  side  of  the  main 

parts of the instrument panel with the Phillips screwdriver 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.1.6.  Unscrew  each  2  fixing  bolts  at  the  left  &  right  side  of 

the main parts of the instrument panel with the socket wrench 

10# 

 

 

 

 

 

3.1.7. Disassemble the  windshield wiper  motor & connecting 

rod  mechanism  (See  the  disassembly  &  assembly  of  the 

windshield  wiper  mechanism),  take  out  2  fixing  bolts  of  the 

instrument panel from the water trough   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.1.8.  Take  out  the  main  parts  assembly  of  the  instrument 

panel 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.2. Assembly steps 

3.2.1.

  Assemble  according  to  the  inverted  sequence  of 

the disassembly 

3.2.2.Attentions： 

3.2.2.1.  The  double  outlets  of  the  instrument  panel  should 

inosculate  with  the  outlet  interface  of  the  air  conditioner,  and 

the  unsuitable  assembly  &  air  leakage  phenomena  is  not 

allowed, as well as the interaction of the instrument panel’s air 

duct  &  evaporator,  and  those  may  affect  the  assembly  of  the 

instrument  panel  and  result  the  improper  assembly  of 

instrument panel and its accessories is not allowed. 

 

3.2.2.2. The instrument panel should not interact with the front 

windshield glass, which affects its assembly when assembling 

the instrument panel and the gap between the instrument panel 

& front windshield is even 

 

3.2.2.3.  The  gap  between  the  instrument  panel  &  carbody  is 

even & accordant and can satisfy the assembly of the doorway 

sealing strip. 

 

3.2.2.4.  The  glove  box  should  be  opened  &  closed  smoothly 

without interaction, seizure or with locking loosely   

 

3.2.2.5.  The  assembly  of  the  middle  passage  cover  panel 

should  be  firm,  whose  gap  with  console  main  parts,  and  two 

sides  of  the  handrail  box  should  be  less  than  0.5mm  and  be 

even.   

 

3.2.2.6.  The  fastening  moment  for  the  tyre  of  the  instrument 

panel  and  fixing  bolts  between  upper  &  down  main  parts  is 

5±0.5N.
