7. Disassembly steps of the rear tail lamp 

7.1.  Disassemble  3  fixing  bolts  of  the  rear  tail  lamp  with 

the wrench 8# or the Phillips screwdriver 

Moment：1.5±0.2N·m 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.2. Please take out the rear holder plug by hands   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.3. Please take the lamp rear holder by hands and take out 

the bulb 

Attention:

  Do  not  touch  the  bulb  with  hands  when 

changing  the  bulb  or  the  fingerprints  on  the  lamp  will 

volatile  after  the  lamp  is  power-on  &  heated  and  deposit 

on the mirror surface and then darken the reflector 

 

 

7.4.Attention：

Assemble  according  to  the  inverted 

sequence of the disassembly 

 

 

Chapter VI Disassembly& assembly of the Roof 

1. Preparation 

Tools: Socket wrench, Phillips screwdriver and slotted screwdriver 

 

2. Attentions 

2.1. In the process of the disassembly &assembly, pay attention to 

applying the suitable dynamics and forbid the careless operation. 

 

2.2.  In  the  process  of  the  disassembly  of  the  interior  trim,  pay 

special attention to protecting the trim surface not to be scratched.

 

3. Disassembly & assembly of the sunshade panel 

3.1. Disassembly steps 

3.1.1. Please loosen 2 fixing bolts of the left front sunshade panel 

with the Phillips screwdriver   

Moment：3±1Nm 

 

3.1.2. Take out the left front sunshade panel 

 

3.2. Assembly steps 

Assemble according to the inverted sequence of the disassembly   

 

3.3.  Disassemble  &  assemble  the  right  front  sunshade  panel 

according  to  the  disassembly  &  assembly  of  the  left  front 

sunshade panel 

4. Disassembly & assembly of the roof handrail 

4.1. Disassembly steps 

4.1.1.  Prize  up  the  2-side  end  covers  of  the  handrail  with  the 

slotted screwdriver 

4.1.2.  Unscrew  left  &  right  fixing  bolts  with  the  Phillips 

screwdriver 

Moment：9±3N.m 

 

 

 

4.1.3. Take out handrails 

 

4.2. Assembly steps 

Assemble according to the inverted sequence of the disassembly 

 

4.3. The disassembly & assembly of other handrails is according to the disassembly & assembly of 

the right front handrail 

5. Disassembly & assembly of the front & rear ceiling lamp 

5.1. Disassembly & assembly of the front ceiling lamp 

5.1.1.

 Disassembly steps

 

5.1.1.1. Prize up the exterior frame of the front ceiling lamp   

with the slotted screwdriver 

Note: Not scratch the surface of the trim parts 

 

 

 

 

 

5.1.1.2. Take out the ceiling lamp, take out the plug-in unit   

of the wiring harness and disassemble the front ceiling lamp   

assembly

Assemble  according  to  the  inverted  sequence  of  the 

5.2. Disassembly & assembly of the rear ceiling lamp

5.2.1.1. Prize up the exterior frame of the rear ceiling lamp   

with the slotted screwdriver 

Note: Not scratch the surface of the trim parts 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.2.1.2. Take out the ceiling lamp, take out the plug-in unit   

of the wiring harness and disassemble the rear ceiling lamp
