II. Disassembly, assembly & maintenance of the rear bumper 

1. Preparation 

Tools: Phillips screwdriver, socket wrench 8# & 10#, connecting rod, ratchet wrench, etc. 

2. Attentions 

2.1. Please put on necessary appliances for labor protection in order to 

avoid the accident 

2.2.  Avoid  as  much  as  possible  scratching  the  lacquer  surface  of  the 

2.3.  When  disassembling  in  the  low  temperature  environment,  the 

bigger force can not be used for fear breaching the bumper 

3. Disassembly steps 

3.1.  Open  the  rear  door,  and  unscrew  4  bolts  of  the  rear 

bumper with the socket wrench 10#. Shown as the figure: 

Moment：

（11±1）Nm 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.2.  Separately  unscrew  fixing  screws  &  bolts  of  the  rear 

bumper  &  rear  fender  with  the  socket  wrench  8#  & 

Phillips screwdriver. Shown as the figure: 

Moment：

（9±2）N·m 

 

 

 

 

 

3.3.  Draw  out  the  bumper  for  about  8  cm  form  the  fixing 

bracket of the car and take out the  plug-in  unit of the rear 

fog lamp. There are 2 in all. Shown as the figure 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.4. Take out the rear bumper assembly 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.5.  Unscrew  4  bolts  of  the  interior  bumper  with  the 

socket combined wrench 10#. Shown as the figure: 

Attention:  Before  finish  disassembling  it,  apply  the  force 

to  support  the  bumper  in  order  to  avoid  falling  to  hurt 

people 

Moment：(11±1)Nm 

 

 

 

3.6. Take out the interior supporting beam assembly of the 

rear bumper.

Chapter V Disassembly, Assembly & Maintenance of the 

Front Headlamp, Fog Lamp & Tail Lamp 

1. Lamp system constitutional diagram     

 

2. Preparation 

Socket wrench 10#, open-end wrench 7#, Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver 

3. Attentions 

3.1. Please put on necessary appliances for labor protection in order to avoid the accident 

3.2.  Avoid  as  much  as  possible  scratching  the  lacquer  surface  of  the  bumper  when 

disassembling 

3.3. When disassembling in the low temperature environment, the bigger force can not be 

used  in  order  to  avoid  breaching  the  bumper,  off  the  controlled  switch  of  the 

corresponding lamps and disassemble wires connecting with the accumulator. 

3.4.  Pay  particular  attention  to  the  clips  on  the  bumper  before  disassembling  the  front 

headlamp and the clip can be spoiled if apply the bigger force. 

3.5. When disassembling, assembling & putting it, always pay attention to not scratching 

the surface of the headlamp.   

4. Disassembly steps of the front headlamp 

4.1. Open the front compartment cover

 

4.2.  Loosen  2  fixing  bolts  of  the  headlamp  on  the  cross 

bar of the front compartment with the wrench 10#
