4.14.  After  unscrewing  bolts  take  out  the  glass  assembly. 

When  taking  out  the  glass  assembly,  stick  up  the  glass 

assembly for taking out easily. 

Moment: 4.5±0.5N.m 

 

 

 

 

4.15.  Unscrew  6  fixing  bolts  of  the  glass  lifter  with  the 

socket wrench 10# and take out the glass lifter assembly 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.16. When disassembling the front door, take out the trim 

according  to  the  inner  liner,  trim  statement  in  order  to 

disassemble the electric connecting wire 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.17.  Disassemble  the  lining  washer;  loosen  the  fixing 

bolts clamping the washer & carbody bolt pins 

 

 

 

 

 

4.18.  Disassemble  the  wire  joint,  take  out  the  fixing  bolts 

between  the  door  &  front  pillar  hinge,  and  of  the  door 

limiter, and the other operator disassemble the door. 

 

 

 

4.19. When putting the front door onto a plane, add a layer 

of  the  protective  material  between  the  door  and  the 

touching position of the plane. 

5. Assembly & adjustment steps 

5.1.

  Assemble  according  to the  inverted sequence 

of the disassembly 

5.2. Adjustment of the car door 

5.2.1.  When  assembling  the  front  door,  remember  to 

screw fixing bolts firmly and the moment is 56N.m. 

5.2.2.If  the  door  need  to  be  adjusted  lengthwise  or 

breadth  wise,  need  to  loosen  bolts  of  the  hinge  at  the 

rated  pressure  with  inner  hinge  adjusting  tool  and  the 

direction  is  paralleled  with  the  level  and  loosen  them 

slowly or it will lead the  material tired and  do not  move 

the  tool  lengthwise.  and  this  kind  of  spoiling  need  to  be 

corrected  by  re-welding  the  hinge.  In  order  to  avoid 

having  the  crack  on  the  just  painting  coating  for  the  car 

the  coating  sealing  wax  need  to  be  used.  After  well 

adjusting the door screw bolts firmly. (Moment: 56N.m) 

 

Attention: When the door is closed, seal the door through 

the sealing strip fixing  onto the  door way. If there is  not 

the  empty  hole  for  the  air  entering  or  when  closing  the 

door the pressure applied is too big; the door may not be 

closed because of the abnormal pressure     

 

5.3.  When  assembling  the  water-proof  film,  pay 

particular attention  to  the  right  way  of  the  film  sticking, 

and  the  roof,  side,  down  part  should  be  stuck  with  the 

film.  and  that  will  make  the  water  flow  out  correctly, 

avoiding  the  water  leaking  into  the  car  or  spoiling  the 

door panel 

 

II. Disassembly, Assembly & Maintenance of the Side Door 

1. Preparation 

Tools: Flat-end screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, socket driver 

2. Attentions 

3.1.  Please  put  on  necessary  appliances  for  labor 

protection in order to avoid the accident 

3.2.  Pay  attention  to  the  right  steps  when 

disassembling  &  assembling  in  order  to  avoid 

spoiling parts. 

3. Disassembly & assembly steps 

3.1. The  inner  handle  of  the  door  can  be  fixed  onto 

the  inside  shield  of  the  door  through  its  own 

structure  &  bolts  and  can  be  unscrewed  by  the 

Phillips screwdriver. 

3.2.  The  inside  panel  of  the  side  door,  water-proof 

film  &  door  lock  can  be  disassembled  according  to 

the disassembly of the front door 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.3.  Prize  up  the  pedal  of  the  side  door  with  the 

Phillips screwdriver   

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.4. Take out the sealing strip of the side door 

 

 

3.5.  Unscrew  2  bolts  fixing  down  rail  limiter  of  the 

side  door  with  the  socket  wrench  10#  and  take  out 

the limiter 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.6.  Unscrew  bolts  fixing  rear  rail  cover  panel  with 

the Phillips screwdriver 

 

 

 

 

 

3.7. Prize up the right inside shield of the of the rear 

compartment with the slotted screwdriver 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.8.  Unscrew  the  other  bolt  fixing  rear  rail  cover 

panel  with  the  socket  wrench  8#  and  take  out  the 

rear rail cover panel
