Carry out following work:
– Remove window channel

– Lever out cover caps -1-.
– Remove bolts -2-.
– Pull fixed door window -3- away from the door -4- only until the

clips -5- disengage.

– Remove fixed door window -3- upwards out of door -4-.

3. Rear door window

Carry out following work:
– Push fixed door window -1- into door -2-.
– Press fixed door window -1- evenly onto door -2- until the clips

-3- engage.

– Screw in bolts -4- and tighten them.
Specified torque for bolts -4-: 5.5 Nm.
– Press cover caps -5- into door skin.
– Install window channel

3 - Expanding nut

Note

The removal and installation sequence is only for the left wheel

housing liner. Removal and installation of the right wheel

housing liner are similar.

The removal and installation procedures may have to be modi‐

fied slightly depending on model variants.
