Remove the 4 rear engine mounting insulator bolts

Remove the 4 nuts, 4 washers, 4 bolts and frame crossmember

REMOVE REAR NO. 1 ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR

Remove the 4 bolts and mounting insulator from the transmission

Remove the bolt and mounting heat insulator

Remove the 4 bolts and mounting insulator from the transmission

INSTALLATION 

1

INSTALL REAR NO. 1 ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR 

a

for 2WD: 

1

Install the mounting insulator to the transmission with the 4 bolts  

Torque: 40 N*m (408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf)

Install the mounting insulator to the transmission with the 4 bolts  

Torque: 59 N*m (602 kgf*cm, 44 ft.*lbf)  

2

Install the mounting heat insulator with the bolt  

Torque: 12 N*m (122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL NO. 3 FRAME CROSSMEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY

for 2WD:

Install the crossmember with the 4 bolts, 4 washers and 4 nuts  

Torque: 110 N*m (1122 kgf*cm, 81 ft.*lbf)

Torque: 16 N*m (163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf)
