COOLER PIPE AND HOSE HA-35 < REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > C D E F G H J K L M A B HA N O P LOW-PRESSURE FLEXIBLE HOSE : Removal and Installation INFOID:0000000009176744 REMOVAL 1. Discharge the refrigerant. Refer to 2. Remove the front under cover. Refer to EXT-30, "Removal and Installation" 3. Remove the low-pressure flexible hose bolt from the high-pressure and low-pressure pipe. CAUTION: Cap or wrap the joint of the pipe with suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of air. 4. Remove the low-pressure flexible hose bolt from the compressor. INSTALLATION Installation is in the reverse order of removal. CAUTION: • Do not reuse O-rings. • Apply A/C oil to the O-rings of the low-pressure flexible hose for installation. • After charging refrigerant, check for leaks. Refer to . Refer to EM-24, "Removal and Installation" 4. Remove front under cover. Refer to EXT-30, "Removal and Installation" . 5. Remove the high-pressure pipe bolt from the high-pressure and low-pressure pipe. CAUTION: Cap or wrap the joint of the pipe with suitable material such as vinyl tape to avoid the entry of air. 6. Remove the high-pressure pipe bolt from the condenser pipe assembly. INSTALLATION Installation is in the reverse order of removal. CAUTION: • Do not reuse O-rings. • Apply A/C oil to the O-rings of the high-pressure pipe for installation. • After charging the refrigerant, check for leaks. Refer to .
