PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE 1. Turn ignition switch ON. 2. Operate automatic back door. 3. Check “Self Diagnostic Result” with CONSULT. Is DTC detected? YES >> Go to NO >> INSPECTION END Diagnosis Procedure INFOID:0000000009718932 1. CHECK ENCODER SIGNAL Check encoder (“ENCODER A”, “ENCODER B”) in Data Monitor mode. Is the inspection result normal? YES >> Check intermittent incident. Refer to GI-44, "Intermittent Incident" . NO >> GO TO 2. 2. CHECK ENCODER POWER SUPPLY 1. Turn ignition switch OFF. 2. Disconnect automatic back door unit connector. 3. Check voltage between automatic back door unit harness connector and ground. Is the inspection result normal? YES >> GO TO 4. NO >> GO TO 3.
