COLLECT THE INFORMATION FROM THE CUSTOMER It is also important to clarify customer concerns before starting the inspection. CAUTION: When the symptom is caused by normal operation, fully inspect each portion and obtain the under- >> GO TO 3. 3. PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS With CONSULT 1. Turn the ignition switch OFF to ON. CAUTION: Be sure wait of 10 seconds after turning ignition switch OFF or ON. 2. Perform self-diagnosis for “EHS/PKB”. Is DTC detected? YES >> Record or print self-diagnosis results and freeze frame data (FFD). GO TO 4. NO >> GO TO 6. 4. RECHECK THE SYMPTOM With CONSULT 1. Erase self-diagnostic result for “EHS/PKB”. 2. Turn the ignition switch OFF to ON. CAUTION: Be sure wait of 10 seconds after turning ignition switch OFF or ON. 3. Perform DTC confirmation procedure for error-detected system. PB-30, "DTC Inspection Priority Chart" Is DTC detected? YES >> GO TO 5. NO >> Check harness and connectors based on the information obtained by interview. Refer to . 5.
