WT-10 < SYSTEM DESCRIPTION > [WITH TPMS] SYSTEM SYSTEM System Description INFOID:0000000010339510 • During driving, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) receives the signal transmitted from tire pres- sure sensor installed in each wheel. The BCM of this system has pressure judgment and trouble diagnosis • Tire pressure varies as per the change in tire temperature. There- fore, warning tire pressure value is varied as per the change in tire • If the tire pressure is less than the warning tire pressure value, the low tire pressure warning lamp illuminates. • Location of wheel is specified due to the synchronism of wheel sensor position and tire pressure sensor position. • Activates the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) when the vehicle speed is 40 km/h (25 MPH) or more. SYSTEM DIAGRAM INPUT/OUTPUT SIGNAL Major signal transmission between each unit via communication lines is shown in the following table. JMEIA0240GB JMEIA0246GB |
