4 . Remove the ECT sensor.  

  

 

Remove the ECT sensor retaining clip.

 

  

 

Remove and discard the ECT sensor sealing washer.

 

 

 

 

 

Installation  

 

1 . To install, reverse the removal procedure.  

  

 

Install a new ECT sensor sealing washer.

 

 

 

 

2 . Fill the cooling system up to the MAX mark on the coolant expansion tank. 

 

 

 

Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) Sensor (18.30.98)   

Removal  

 

1 . Depressurize the fuel system. <<310-00>> 

 

 

2 . Remove the fuel rail pressure (FRP) sensor bracket retaining bolt. 

 

 

 

3 . Remove the FRP sensor bracket.  

 

 

 

4 . NOTE:  

 

 

Intake manifold shown removed for clarity. 

 

Disconnect the FRP sensor electrical connector and vacuum hose.

Remove the FRP sensor.  

  

 

Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

 

 

 

 

 

Installation  

 

1 . NOTE:  

 

 

Intake manifold shown removed for clarity. 

 

To install, reverse the removal procedure.  

  

 

Install a new O-ring seals.

 

  

 

Tighten to 10 Nm.

 

 

 

 

 

2 . Tighten to 6 Nm.  

 

 

 

3 . Tighten to 10 Nm.
