42 . Raise the vehicle. 

 

 

43 . Remove the special tool.  

 

 

 

44 . Install the CKP sensor.  

  

 

Tighten to 10 Nm.

 

 

 

 

 

45 . Connect the CKP sensor electrical connector. 

 

 

Vehicles without supercharger

Install the intake manifold.

Vehicles with supercharger  

 

47 . Install the lower intake manifold.  

  

 

Tighten to 22 Nm.

 

 

 

 

 

48 . Install the charge air cooler.

49 . Carry out the valve clearance check.

50  Install the engine front cover.

4 . Remove the oil cooler.

5 . Remove the supercharger drive belt. <<303-05>>

6 . Remove power steering pump. <<211-02>> 

 

 

7 . Remove the air conditioning compressor. <<412-03>> 

 

 

8 . Remove the water pump pulley.  

 

 

 

9 . Remove the accessory drive belt idler pulley.
