G426404t8 : CHECK THE RH AIR MIX SERVO POSITION FEEDBACK CIRCUIT 1. Measure the resistance between the rear climate control module connector RA1, pin 03 and GROUND. •
Is the resistance less than 10,000 ohms? -> Yes REPAIR the short circuit. For additional information, refer to the wiring diagrams. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
-> No GO to Pinpoint Test G426404t6.
G426404t6 : CHECK THE RH AIR MIX SERVO POSITION FEEDBACK CIRCUIT 1. Reconnect the battery negative terminal. Battery Connect (86.15.15) 2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. 3. Measure the voltage between the rear climate control module connector RA1, pin 03 and GROUND. •
Is the voltage greater than 3 volts? -> Yes REPAIR the short circuit. For additional information, refer to the wiring diagrams. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
-> No GO to Pinpoint Test G426404t9.
G426404t9 : CHECK THE LH AIR MIX SERVO POSITION FEEDBACK CIRCUIT 1. Measure the voltage between the rear climate control module connector RA1, pin 02 and GROUND. •
Is the voltage greater than 3 volts? -> Yes REPAIR the short circuit. For additional information, refer to the wiring diagrams. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation.
-> No INSTALL a new air mix servo. CLEAR the DTC. TEST the system for normal operation. If the DTC is repeated, INSTALL a new rear climate control module. |
