and High, is 12V observed between terminals (B–48)9 and
(B–48)24 (4H switch)?

When the transfer lever is shifted to the middle position, is 0V
observed between terminals (B–48)9 and (B–48)24 (4H switch)?

The 4H switch

circuit battery is

short-circuited

between ECU

and transfer.
