No.134 Transmission shaking during driving   

Malfunction Causes 

Solution 

Engine malfunction 

Engine power output not balanced; some cylinder not working; 
check operations of each cylinder through cylinder breaks;   

Engine suspension malfunction 

Check each cushion of suspension deforms, ages, ruptures; 
change cushion if any.   

Drive shaft malfunction 

Check ball cage inside and outside the drive shaft is 
excessively worn or loosening, drive shaft bends, and upper 
and lower runout within 2mm; replace drive shaft assembly if 
too large.   

Tire or steel ring malfunction   

Check tire is bubbling, line broken, and upper and lower 
runout is within 1-3mm. replace tire, steel ring, front hub if too 
large; 

Transmission

Transmission inner malfunction 

Check whether tooth of driving gear and driven gear of each 
position falls out individually; check meshing clearance of 
driving gear and driven gear of each position is too deep, and 
check meshing mark and ensure middle part is well meshed;

Malfunction Causes 

Solution 

Check manual shifting valve is worn, or blocks. If 
abnormal, replace control valve plate assembly or grind 
control valve, making it normal; 

Control valve plate fails 

Check each relevant control valve is leaking; replace 
valve body assembly if abnormal; 

Check piston seal of control brake is damaged, leaking; 
replace seal if abnormal; 

Auto transmission case oil

No. 136 Auto transmission upshifts too late   

Malfunction Causes 

Solution 

1. Check throttle tie-line, and step to the end, and throttle shall at 
maximum position. If not possible, adjust throttle tie-line;   

Throttle tie-line malfunction 

2. Check tie-line of throttle position of auto transmission; there shall be 
2-8mm clearance between tie-line bottom and pedestal, and adjust it if 
not so; 

Control valve plate malfunction 

Check each control valve is worn, or blocks; if abnormal, grind it or 
replace control valve assembly;   

Governor valve malfunction 

Check speed control valve blocks or leaks; if abnormal, repair or 
replace governor valve;   

Friction disk skids 

Check friction disk clearance is normal; if not, replace friction disk or 
flange, and adjust it normally;   

1. Check filter is obstructed; if abnormal, clean or replace;   

Oil pressure insufficient 

2. Check main adjusting valve; if abnormal, check oil pump gear 
clearance and strength of relief spring inside the oil pump conforms to 
requirement; if abnormal, replace oil pump;   

Throttle valve malfunction 

Check throttle valve blocks or is worn, leaking; if abnormal, grind it or 
replace valve plate assembly;   

Shifting valve malfunction 

Check shifting valve blocks, or is worn, leaking; if abnormal, grind it or 
replace it;   

Auto transmission 

upshifts too late 

Accumulator malfunction 

Check accumulator blocks, or is worn, leaking; check accumulator 
spring conforms to requirement; if abnormal, adjust or replace seal or 
spring;
