Removal and Installation

Removal

Hose clamp remover/installer

2. Drain the cooling system.

3. Remove the right-hand side headlamp assembly.

Lighting, Removal and Installation). 

4. General Equipment: 

Hose clamp 

remover/installer

NOTE: The gasket is to be reused unless 

 

  

Installation 

damaged. 

Torque: 

10 Nm

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Installation

2. Remove the right-hand headlamp assembly.

Lighting, Removal and Installation). 

3. Loosen: 3 turn(s) 

4. Refer to: 

Accessory Drive Belt

 (303-05A 

Accessory Drive - 2.0L Duratec-HE 
(107kW/145PS) - MI4/2.0L Duratec-HE Flex Fuel 
(107kW/145PS) - MI4/2.3L Duratec-HE 
(118kW/160PS) - MI4, Removal and 
Installation).

NOTE: Do not fully tighten the bolts at 
this stage. 

2. Torque: 10 Nm 

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

2. Torque: 20 Nm
