Removal and Installation 

Removal 

1. Replacement Parts 

Repair panel, rear quarter panel 

1. General notes 

Necessary removal work: wheelhouse trim 
panel, rear lamp, rear bumper, quarter 
panel trim. 
Reposition the carpeting and the wiring 
harness away from the working area. 
Depending on the extent of the damage, 
the forced air extraction gusset should also 
be replaced. 

2. Quarter panel section 

Separating cut.

Mill out the spot welds.

Punch holes for puddle welding.
