5 VOLT UNDER VOLTAGE (CONTINUED) 3. SHIFT MOTOR/MODE SENSOR ASSEMBLY Turn the ignition off to the lock position. Disconnect the Shift Motor/Mode Sensor C2 harness connector. Turn the ignition on. Measure the voltage of the (T313) 5 Volt Mode Sensor Supply circuit. Is the voltage above 4.0 volts? Yes >> Replace the Shift Motor/Mode Sensor assembly in accor- dance with the Service Information. Perform TRANSFER CASE VERIFICATION TEST. (Refer No >> Go To 4 4. (T313) 5 VOLT MODE SENSOR SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE Turn the ignition off to the lock position. Disconnect the Transfer Case Control Module C2 harness connector. Measure the resistance of the (T313) 5 Volt Mode Sensor Supply cir- Is the resistance above 5.0 ohms? Yes >> Repair the (T313) 5 Volt Mode Sensor Supply circuit for an open or high resistance. Perform TRANSFER CASE VERIFICATION TEST.
