Install a mounting carrier 5P 95 000 289. Then 

turn housing by 180°. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Press bearing inner race 14 050 onto rear main 

output gear 09 010 using installing socket 5×

46 000 300, and then press bearing inner race 

09 040 onto rear sub output gear 09 020 with 

same method. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install main rear output gear onto the output 

shaft, and then install plastic oil guide groove 

09 026.   

Tighten mounting bolt 14 070.

As shown on right figure, install washer 09 022 

and sub rear output rear onto driven shaft.   

Tighten bolt 09 030.     

NOTE:   

The whole output gear mechanism needs 

adjusting by procedures in section 1.4.2 in page 

5/2. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lubricating gasket 09 210 and then install it.   

Install side cover 09 220, and tighten with 11 

bolts.   

Tool: 27# socket spanner   

Torque: 10Nm 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Turn differential by 180℃ , and remove two 

mounting carriers.

Install washer 14 020, thrust bearing 14 030 

and thrust washer14 040.     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install snap ring 32 020 into groove of 

planetary carrier, and suddenly press both ends 

of the snap ring for self-locking.     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install planetary gear mechanism into housing.

Install the sun gear 32 030 in the planetary 

mechanism. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install drive wheel drum 30 310 and make it 

engaged with the sun gear. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install washer 02 190, thrust bearing 02 180 and 

thrust washer 02 170 onto drive wheel drum.
