1.2.2 Removal of front engine hood hinge 
1 Remove leaf plate (See the removal of leaf plate for reference) 
2 Loosen 2 set bolts on the left.

1.2.3 Replacement of bonnet support stay

1 Disassemble the bonnet support stay from the bonnet, loosen the bolts, disassemble 
the bonnet support stay from the bonnet. 
Hint: Supporting the bonnet by hand, take out the bonnet. 
2 Disassemble the bonnet support stay from the vehicle body, disassemble the bolts 
and the bonnet support stay. 
3 Replace the bonnet support stay. 
4 Install the bonnet support stay 
Torque: 22 N/.m 
 
1.2.4 Adjustment of front engine hood 
Loosen the set bolts of bonnet hinge, tune-up the bonnet forwards, backwards and 
perpendicularly. 
Torque: 11.5 N/m 
 
1.2.5 Installation of bonnet locks control institution   
1 Before installing the parts, smear the grease on the lock; smear the versatile grease 
on the sliding surface of the lock. 
2 Installation of control zipper of the bonnet lock 
Hint: Use adhesive tape to wrap the tip of screwdriver to avoid rubber ring being 
damaged. 
(1)  Push rear end of control zipper to make it go through the rubber ring. 
(2)  Use screwdriver to push the control zipper dog into rubber ring. 
(3)  Clamp front end of the control zipper on junction box. 
(4) Push the front end of the control zipper to go through radiator upper support. 
3. Install engine hood lock release lever   
4. Check if engine hood lock works normally 
Check if engine hood lock works normally, then tighten the bolt and nut, install the 
lock properly. 
5. Install the following parts: 

(1) Head 

lamp 

(2)  The front bumper lamp shade 
(3)  The front fender lining 
(4)  The front fender insertion strip 
(5)  The radiator support shade 
(6)  Engine lower cover plate

1.2.6 Removal of luggage trunk

1 Loosen and take out 5 bolts on the left decorative plate. 
2 Loosen the wire harness and wiper injector of the luggage trunk. 

 

 

3. Support the luggage trunk by hand, loosen 4 set bolts of hinge. 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
4 Remove the hydraulic lever and take down the luggage trunk assembly.

1 Take the connecting rod apart.

(1) Remove set bolts of rear luggage trunk.
