Quality Assurance 
Specification 

Complete vehicle assurance 

Every Chery vehicle has the right of 

quality assurance after saled from the 

dealer. The failure repair in our Special 

Service Center during the period of quality 

assurance can be claim for compensation, 

it is NO need for the owner to pay for the 

repair fee. 

Your Chery vehicle will have 24 months 

or accumulative 60000 km distance 

quality assurance, and the assurance 

period start from your purchase date on 

your commercial invoice, and end with the 

date first reach 24 months or accumulative 

60000 km (exceed 24 months or distance 

beyond 60000 km, the vehicle will have 

no right to have our quality assurance). 

The stated quality assurance schedule and 

distance will not be changed when the use 

purpose of your vehicle changed. 

During the quality assurance period, if you 

have Chery stated regular maintenance, 

failures for complete vehicle and some 

parts belong to the scope of quality 

assurance, please make sure have check, 

repair and maintenance in Chery Special 

Service Center. 

Quality assurance period for 
easy shatter parts (Original 
quality issue): 

Clutch friction disc： 

6 months or 20000 km 

Front brake friction disc: 

6 months or 20000 km 

Rear brake shoe: 

6 months or 20000 km 

Spark plug: 

6 months or 5000 km 

Bulb: 

3 months or 5000 km 

Complete vehicle glass piece: 

3 months or 5000 km 

Tire: 

3 months or 10000 km 

Windowshield wiper: 

3 months or 10000 km 

Air filter, Oil filter & Fuel oil filter are

Normal comsumed lubrication Oil, 

brake oil, coolant, washer fluid, 

refrigerant liquid are not included in
