12. Take off the oil circuit board 

together with the top baffle 

from the middle valve plate.   

Turn over the oil circuit board 

and top baffle. Put them on the 

worktable. 

 
 

. Take out the vent valve ball, 

lock piece and throttle metal 

tab from the middle valve

14. Separate the top baffle from the

Take off

 Ensure that each throttle 

etal tab is installed to its correct

    Install lock pin, valve ball and 

throttle metal tab to their 

correct positions on the oil 

circuit board.

2.  Put the top baffle on

  Install the vent valve ball, 

lock piece and throttle metal 

tab on top side of the main 

valve plate; 

 

    Turn over the top baffle and 

oil circuit board together and 

put them on the main valve 

plate; 

 

 Install the lock piece on 

clutch A and clutch D’s 

control valve plate;   

  Install the control valve plate 

for clutch A and brake D on 

the main valve plate;

    Turn over the main valve plate;   

  Install the shift valve ball and 

throttle metal tab on bottom side 

of the main valve plate; 

 

    Install the bottom baffle; 

 

. Install the bottom valve cover 

and fix it with bolts; tightening 

torque: 8Nm
