3.6、Installing input shaft and clutch E assembly 

 

 

 

 

 

After applying lubricant or petrolatum 

to O ring, install it into piston E 30 

050.

Press piston E into the cylinder body of engine 

input shaft 30 010. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install two U washers 30 080 on the top of the 

piston with installing tool 5×46 000 148, and fix 

with snap ring 30 090. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install the whole clutch E assembly.     

Install outer teeth steel sheet 30 100, and then 

install inner teeth friction plate 30 110, and install 

alternately.

Install retainer ring 30 120 on the top of clutch 

assembly.   

If the group numbers of the clutch inner friction 

plate and sheet steel is changed, the outer diameter 

of the retainer ring shall be changed accordingly.       

Install snap ring 30 130.     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install washer 30 020 and 30 030 into input shaft, 

and make them interlocked.   

Install thrust washer 30 040, and adjust its position. 

 

 

 

 

 

Insert input shaft assembly into the housing.   

Install correctly, engage gear ring with sun gear 

shaft.

3.7、Assembling clutch A assembly     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Install 2 O-ring 02 068 and on piston and 

apply lubricant to piston.
