Key Set

Your car is supplied with a key set, which

consists of:

1- Two radio remote control switches, to 

unlock the trunk lid.

2- Two glove box switches*

3- Key identification tag.

There is a carved number in the identi-

fication tag which is needed in the case 

of replacing the key.Therefore it should 

be kept in a safe place and never leave 

it in the car.

Remote Keyless Entry System Hold the 

remote control system in the direction of 

the vehicle and then press the buttons.

(Unlock) Press button” 1” to unlock the 

doors.

(Lock) Press “2” to lock.

(Unlock) Press” 3” to unlock the trunk.*

ELECTRIC WINDOW:

1)DRIVER’S WINDOW CONTROLS:

-MANUAL MODE:

Press or pull the key briefly. As soon as 

the application of pressure on the key 

ceases, the window will stop.

-AUTOMATIC MODE:

By pressing or pulling the key steadily, 

the window will open or close completly.

The automatic widow will open the win-

dows only when the ignition switch is on.

2) Passenger’s seat electric window 

switch

3) Left back seat electric window switch

4) Right back seat electric window switch

5) Back seats electric window lock 

switch:

When the driver locks the back seat win-

dows by this key, they can’t be opened 

or closed.

WINDOWS CONTROLS

Any passenger may open or close his /

her window at will.

WARNING:

Despite the anti pinch safety system, 

the electrical windows can only prvent 

the inflicting of heavy injuries caused 

by the application of undue force. 

Therefore it is advisable to respect 

the necessary precautions in this re-

gard.

Turn the 1 switch to right or left, then 

adjust the mirror in four direction (up, 

down, right or left) by pressing switch 6.

 

Electrical folding mirrors

These mirrors are getting open and 

closed by remote controller while the 

switch is off.

The lock key must be pressed for 5 sec-

onds once again;if you want to fold the 

mirrors after locking the vehicle by re-

mote controller .

The folding mirrors can be open or 

closed by keys on the door panels while 

the switch is on.

-In addition to folding the mirrors 

by remote controller, you can fold 

the mirrors by turning switch 1 for 

180 degrees.*

Mirrors will be unfolded by exiting this 

position.

Anti- Theft Security System (Immobi-

lizer)

The vehicle with immobilizer system 

can only start up with two keys which is 

delivered to customer with the vehicle.

To copy of key is not enough for start 

up. It is possible to have more keys if 

the customer requests and only in IRAN 

KHODRO dealers with the DIAG tool.

Steering wheel Lock :

Open the steering wheel lock, before 

starting the engine if it’s necessary; 

Turn the steering wheel gently while 

you’re rotating the key. It’s recom-

mended to press the clutch at the time 

of starting so that ignition gets easier.

Ignition Switch

POSITION St- - The steering wheel is 

locked-

POSITION A- The steering wheel is 

unlocked.- Just electrical accessories 

and equipment operate.

POSITION M- All equipment, warning 

lights and electrical circuits operate.

POSITION D- The engine is switched, 

and releases the switch immediately 

after the engine runs.The switch auto-

matically returns to the second position.

Caution:

- Never drive when the engine of your 

vehicle is cold.

- Never start engine in closed area

- Never do any alterations in steering 

lock.

Warning

In case of dropping the remote controller, 

there is every possibility of brokage for the 

internal parts of it result in not functioning 
of the immobilizer system.

reduces the pressure on passenger’s 

chest at time of collision.

Warning

- Only belts fastened properly 

and as tight as possible against 

passenger’s body will have the 

required efficiency.

Depending on the blow’s nature and 

severity, the interjecting system will 

act concurrently with the air bags. 

In case of non-performance in one 

of the cases above or defects in the 

system, the air bag’s warning light 

will come on.

Keep your front belt fastened to get 

better functioning of air bag result 

in more safety .

Interjecting (Forward Moving) Safety

Belt System

The safety belt is activated together 

with the airbag only at time of receiv-

ing strong blows caused by front colli-

sions. They are not designed for blows 

from the rear, sides (sideswipes), ve-

hicle overturning or minor collisions at 

front and in these cases they do not 

become activated. The Interjecting part 

of the belt may be activated only once. 

If this system is activated once (i.e. 

when the air bag becomes active), the 

Interjecting part of the bet should be 

serviced by an authorized Iran Khodro 

representative as soon as possible.
