1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH 

a. for Power Seat: 

Remove the front seat (see REMOVAL ). 

b. for Manual Seat: 

Remove the front seat (see REMOVAL ). 

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH 

a. for Power Seat: 

Remove the front seat (see REMOVAL ). 

b. for Manual Seat: 

Remove the front seat (see REMOVAL ). 

3. REMOVE CENTER FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY 

a. Open the center seat cushion.

b. Take out the center seat cushion carpet.

c. Remove the 4 bolts and disconnect the connector.

d. Remove the center front seat. 

DISASSEMBLY 

1. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK PANEL 

a. Detach the 4 claws and 4 clips, and remove the center seatback panel. 

NOTE:

Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the center seat cushion frame and 

center sub-seatback support may injure your hands.

b. for Double Cab: 

1. Remove the 2 screws.  

2. Detach the 4 clips and remove the center seatback panel.  

3. Disconnect the power outlet socket connector.

c. for CrewMax: 

1. Detach the 4 claws and 4 clips, and remove the center seatback panel.  

2. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

2. REMOVE REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab) (See REMOVAL )  

3. REMOVE REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (for Double Cab) (See REMOVAL )  

4. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax) 

a. Remove the 3 screws and register.

5. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax) 

a. Remove the 3 screws and register.
