NG: Go to step 21  

OK: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR 
SWITCH BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)  

21. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR SWITCH 

LUMBAR SUPPORT MOTOR LH) 

a. Disconnect the Y10 switch connector.  

b. Disconnect the Y11 motor connector.  

c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below. 

Standard resistance  

FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR SWITCH LUMBAR SUPPORT MOTOR LH 

Tester Connection

Condition Specified Condition

Y10-1 (R) - Y11-2

Always

Below 1 ohms

Y10-4 (H) - Y11-1

Y10-1 (R) - Body ground

Always

10 kohms or higher

Y10-4 (H) - Body ground
