5. REMOVE VANE PUMP SHAFT WITH VANE PUMP PULLEY a. Using 2 screwdrivers, remove the snap ring from the vane pump shaft. Fig. 117: Removing Snap Ring b. Remove the vane pump shaft with vane pump pulley. 6. REMOVE VANE PUMP ROTOR a. Remove the 10 vane plates. b. Remove the vane pump rotor. Fig. 118: Identifying Vane Pump Rotor 7. REMOVE VANE PUMP CAM RING a. Remove the cam ring from the front housing. NOTE: Be careful not to drop or damage the vane pump shaft with vane NOTE: Take care not to drop the vane plate.
