Remove the terminal cap and nut, and disconnect the generator wire

Remove the bolt and disconnect the wire harness bracket from the generator

Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and generator

Remove the 2 stud bolts

REMOVE NO. 1 WATER BYPASS HOSE 

a

Remove the No  1 water bypass hose by disconnect the hose from the water inlet housing and front 
water bypass joint

REMOVE WATER BYPASS PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the bolt and disconnect the air tube

Disconnect the 2 hoses

Remove the 2 bolts and water bypass pipe

REMOVE FRONT WATER BYPASS JOINT 

a

Disconnect the No  2 water bypass hose from the water bypass joint   

b

Remove the 4 nuts, water bypass joint and 2 gaskets
