REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the exhaust manifold (See REMOVAL )

REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD 

a

Remove the intake manifold (See REMOVAL )

DISCONNECT NO. 1 WATER BYPASS HOSE 

a

Disconnect the No  1 water bypass hose from the water bypass joint and water inlet housing

DISCONNECT NO. 2 WATER BYPASS HOSE 

a

Disconnect the No  2 water bypass hose from the water bypass joint

DISCONNECT NO. 2 WATER BYPASS PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the 3 bolts and disconnect the No  2 water bypass pipe

Disconnect the fuel tube clamp from the bracket

REMOVE FRONT WATER BYPASS JOINT

Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector
